SCOPE
• Business Communications: emails, calendars, inquiries and follow ups with prospects
• Provide business administrative support function to the CEO and to the organization: data entry, prepare company reports, research, request quotes, produce documents and reports.
• Basic social media: monitor social media posts, create content via Canva, upload content to social media platforms/WordPress, set up events via Eventbrite
• Basic book-keeping: manage payments, raise invoices, process expenses
• Provide seamless administrative support to enable business to grow
